Liz started her career in the Marine Hull Department of Alexander Howden, a Lloyd’s broker in the City of London. She has worked in executive search since 1987, initially at Knight Wendling, an international American/Swiss search consultancy, involved in recruiting Managing Directors and senior level roles across a number of sectors.
She joined The Firth Consultancy, a boutique search business, as Research Manager, managing major projects in the UK, Europe, USA and Japan. She subsequently moved to Hoggett Bowers, as Research Manager, responsible for the Research Function, where she recruited Executives across multiple sectors including IT, Pharmaceuticals and Retail.
Liz joined Exley Hervey in 2005 as Head of Research, moving to Karen Harvey Consulting as Director, Global Research, for a couple of years; and in 2010, re-joined Exley Hervey as Research Director. Liz brings a wealth of diverse sector experience to the business, encompassing Digital, Retail, Luxury, Consumer, Property and Arts & Culture.
