Chris has supported Exley Hervey since 2003 as CFO, being responsible for the finance, property and IT functions.
Chris has a finance background, first qualifying with KPMG, then moving into a sizeable listed industrial company before entering the IT world in the late 1980s. He was with the 4Front Group, from 1990, an organisation listed on the NASDAQ Exchange, for which he ran the French, and then the UK operations, as well as being involved in numerous acquisitions until the sale of the Group in 2000.
He spent a number of years with 2e2, an IT Services Group, running the Data Management, Technology and Security Divisions, and was Operations Director of this company which grew to a £300m turnover, employing over 2,000 people when he left in 2011.
Since then he has held Non-Executive roles in software and financial services. He now runs a boutique Corporate Finance Company helping owners of small businesses achieve a sale.
